After three years of tax work and supervising professional staff as a CPA, Doug moved from Ohio to Florida, where he built an impressive career as a high level, strategic sales and management executive.Starting with Cigna where he designed financial plans for business owners and executives, Doug continued to build his reputation as an articulate, creative, disciplined, entrepreneurial self–starter and leader with an unparalleled work ethic.
Over the next 25 years, Doug honed his skills at variety of prestigious positions at some the best organizations in the industry including Manulife Financial Group, Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company, Hartford Life Insurance Company, Wachovia Insurance Service, Universal Financial Consultants, Sun Life Financial, and Prudential/Hartford Life Insurance Company.
Along the way, Doug earned dozens of awards in his chosen profession, as an innovator and a leader. Doug never saw himself as merely a leader of life insurance entities or a top salesmen. He envisioned himself as a leader in life. In 2013, Doug began to build something new. Qualis. A life insurance practice with new plans that value the individual during their life, providing support to and uplifting real people and families when it matters most – during the life of the insured.

Cindy has 32+yrs of experience as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Cindy provides case management, orders exam's and process licensing requests, as well as run illustrations for brokers to promote sales.
John Crockenberg
Business Development Manager
John has resided in Ormond Beach, FL since 1982 and worked professionally for Insurance and Financial Services firms since 1991. John manages direct relationships with Advisors and Life Insurance Professionals who value innovative product solutions.
